SHOPPING CENTRE IN ZELENY BOR

The concept of the project: a shopping centre in a new residential area "Zeleny Bor" (Lesnoy village, Borovlyany). The shopping centre houses a supermarket (main tenant), which offers a wide range of food products, as well as a variety of household chemicals and other essential goods, and a gallery area for related trade: pharmacy, bank, non-food group of goods.
The total area of the one-storey building is 1203 sq. M, the retail area of the supermarket is 634 sq. M, the retail space for other tenants is 184 sq. M. Near the shopping centre there is a parking lot for 55 cars, expandable to 70 cars.
