Projects

The quarter is fenced in and equipped with modern playgrounds, bicycle parking, a 24-hour control room and a video surveillance system. The project provides for various layouts of one-room apartments (from 37 to 41 m²), two-room apartments (from 57 to 62 m²) and three-room apartments (79 m²).

There are a number of grocery stores and hypermarkets not far from the “Zeleny Bor-1” quarter. A shopping centre has been built on the territory of the quarter, where residents of the quarter can buy food, make payments, visit a pharmacy.
