The shopping centre includes a supermarket of the “Sosedi” chain. The supermarket is different from other stores of the chain. "Sosedi" in Novaya Borovaya obtained an updated design, new equipment, and improved organization of the retail space. In addition to the supermarket, the building houses a sushi bar, cosmetics stores, dishes, and a locksmith. Near the entrance, there is an outdoor cafe with a terrace on the second floor.

There are special boxes, where visitors can leave their pet dogs at the entrance.

For the convenience of customers, a parking lot for 129 cars is available; bicycle parking is also provided.
