«ZELENYE GORKI» RESIDENTIAL QUARTER
"Zelenye gorki" residential quarter
The Zelyonye Gorki quarter is a new project of residential real estate from the A-100 Development corporate group. It is located in the nearest suburb of Minsk, the Senitsa agro-town on a 6.4 hectare site, just 500 meters away from the Minsk Ring Road.
The quarter includes four multi-apartment panel buildings (three 10-storey and one 19-storey high-rise for 606 apartments), a gas station "A-100" with a carwash, a shop and a grocery supermarket with a total area of 2.4 thousand square meters, providing parking spaces for 70 cars.
