"ZELENAYA GAVAN" RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
The development concept, which includes the most delicate integration of the residential complex into the natural environment and the preservation of the existing terrain, was developed by the English architectural bureau JTP Architects. And the houses themselves in the same Scandinavian style have already been created by Belarusian architects.
One of the most distinguishable features of cottages in “Zelenaya Gavan” are huge panoramic windows and wide terraces. The decoration of the facades is created with the use of a combination of different materials: larch, fibre cement panels, hyper-pressed tiles, folded metal — this is what gives each house its own personality and character.
Since "Zelenaya Gavan" is surrounded by forests, the entire engineering and transport infrastructure was created from scratch.
